One-on-one coaching provides a relationship outside the day-to-day demands of church leadership. Through thoughtful questions, practical conversation, and encouragement, we help pastors identify their next steps toward leading well and finishing well.
Turn Leadership Principles into Practice
Growth happens as leadership principles become everyday habits. Coaching helps participating pastors apply what they learn through HEART and SERVE to their own churches, teams, and relationships.
Our yearlong leadership groups combine two in-person training days with individual monthly Zoom conversations during the other ten months. These conversations offer space to work through real leadership situations, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for personal growth.
